Part 2, New Years diet, sugar enemy number 1.

All about the health benefits of drinking Alkaline Antioxidant Water, ask about a FREE in home trial. Update 2017,  We decided for the new year to try and do all the ‘healthy’ things and change all the bad habits we could think of for 3 months. After all 3 months is not forever and just maybe some of these new habits might stick.
One thing I already knew was, I was consuming too much white sugar and months ago I started substituting honey, not the same but I figured I would get used to it and I have cut down on sugar a lot.
Donna had switched to coconut sugar (one of the ‘healthy’ sugars)but it was still sugar, right? Well it was time to do more research, just like I did when we first found out about #AlkalineAntioxidantWater and here is what I found out.

Sugar is sugar, white, brown or what ever.

Also, 1, In 2009 the American Heart Association suggested women (120 lbs) consume no more than 6 teaspoons (25 grams) of added sugar and men (175 lbs) no more than 9 teaspoons (37.5 grams) per day.
2, Sugar is the food that cancer and degenerative disease live off.
So even thought we felt so much better by getting our bodies alkaline instead of the acidic levels that degenerative disease likes we were still consuming some of the wrong foods.

Bottom line,Eat and drink healthy, For your sweet tooth you’re better off switching to a healthier alternative such as raw honey, pure maple syrup, molasses or stevia. Agave nectar did not make the list because, while regular sugar contains about 50 percent fructose, agave has 70 to 90 percent fructose—more than even high fructose corn syrup, a well-known dietary demon. Too much fructose, from agave nectar or high fructose corn syrup, can also cause problems with the liver.
“Save your fructose intake for high fiber, antioxidant-rich fruit instead,”And stay away from all sodas and sport drinks, even Gatorade they are way tooo acidic and A 16-ounce bottle of Coke has 12 teaspoons of added sugar and a 20-ounce bottle of Vitaminwater has 8 teaspoons of added sugar, WHY ???Eat as many ‘live foods’ as you can (organic is best of course) like salads and uncooked vegetables and fruit. Drink plenty of #AlkalineAntioxidantWater to help stay alkaline. No need for fancy diets that don’t last, put good stuff in your body and it will take care of itself. If you are over weight it will slowly start to come off and it will stay off and your energy levels will go up and aches and pains will go away. Have a happy and healthy new year everyone.#AlkalineAntioxidantWater
